A Texas Mountain Girl

11/1/21 Exploring San Antonio 11/2/21 We went to Mozart's coffee and then paddle boarded 11/3/21 Originally planned to go to enchanted Rock but rain made us switch to rock climbing 11/4/21 Finally made it to Enchanted Rock Casey's BBQ 11/5/21 Exploring Austin and meeting up with Molly's sister at a local park then saying goodbye and meeting Jack for the evening. 11/6/21 Today was mostly a travel day. Although I did get a chance to enjoy a great breakfast with Jack at Snooze AM Eatery. I ordered a Pumpkin Pecan Pie pancake which was absolutely amazing! After breakfast I dropped Jack back off at his apartment and then began my 7 hour drive to Alabama! It was mostly uneventful beyond seeing the swamplands in Louisiana. I made it to Dylan's family boil just in time and enjoyed a good southern meal. The experience was great and I know that I am going to gain a few pounds while I am here in Alabama.

11/9/21-11/11/21 I drove back to Kentucky in a day to switch out the van for my own car. The trusty steed held together for those 14,000 miles and Ryan is now working on a song about the van! It was great spending time with family, once I had a negative COVID test since my allergies were acting up, and driving back into my hometown was quite refreshing. I ran some errands on my second day home and then finished cleaning up the remnants of my van set-up. 11/12/21 This was a long traveling day so not a lot of interesting things happened. Most interesting was when I stopped to get gas and then got on the interstate only to have my engine oil light come on so I had to pull off again to fill it up. Otherwise it was a nice drive and I arrived without feeling too tired. 11/13/21 Today was an extremely full day. Jason and I ended up walking over 26,000 steps! It began with a quick breakfast of a bagel and a banana before being dropped off at the bus terminal to ride into the city. We arrived i
